Hobo is very proud to announce we have gained 2nd place in The Skillsmart Retail Mystery Shopper Awards 2010, with a score of 95%

We were invited back in October of 2009 to enter The Mystery Shopper Competition in Oswestry, which is held all over Britain.

We were delighted to be asked, as we get very involved in Oswestry town’s marketing events.

The “mystery shoppers” visited our shop on 2 different dates in November.

We were presented with our award at The Wynnstay Hotel in Oswestry on Tuesday 23rd February 2010.

In first place was a wonderful shop called “Gooseberry” who sell prams/push chairs and every thing to do with baby life style products and in third place was a ladies designer clothes shop called “Just The Right Thing”, so I am in excellent company!

The nice thing is, what the 2 mystery shoppers saw, is what we do every single day.

We do make all our customers special and feel valued, so we were thrilled to read in the report given back to us, that both the shoppers would recommend us to some one else, and would visit our shop again.
